Webshots also allows you to add personal photos (and/or old Webshots photos) saved on your computer to your playlists. For privacy, Webshots does not back up your personal pictures online, so please keep a secure backup of any personal pictures added to the app. Also note, since these pictures are not backed up online, they are only available to use on the computer they are saved on.

There are 3 ways to import personal photos

1. Import photos one by one (slow but exact).
2. Import a directory of photos (quicker but you must want all the photos in that directory)
3. Import a directory of photo directories (fast for importing entire collections)

1. Import photos one by one

Select the playlists tab

2. Import a directory of photos

Select "Add Local Playlist" when creating a new playlist. This will allow your to add all the photos in the directory at once.

3. Import a directory of photo directories (version 5.8.3 or greater)

Go to Settings->Import Photos, then click "Import Local Directory". All directories of photos will then be added to your playlists.
